
If you're thinking of checking out one of our worship services...you may be wanting to know what to expect. While each of our services are a bit different, here are a couple of things that hopefully describes them and gives you a bit of a heads up...

Dress - Casual & Comfortable. Some wear jeans. Some wear shorts. Some dress up a bit more. Sandals, Shoes, Camo...be yourself...
Teaching - Accurate Biblical Truth. We teach right out of the bible. Often the communicator will sit on a stool or chair...keeping the time a bit more accessible. Check out the 'Watch' section to see our Lead Pastor do his thing...or contact doug@hisplace.org
Music - We have a band that leads us in the music portion of our worship which will go from 20-30 minutes. You are welcome to sit or stand at any time. We're kinda laid back like that. Check out our Worship Ministry page for more info...or contact matt@hisplace.org
Children - Children are dismissed to their classrooms after the music portion of our worship around the top of the hour. Classrooms and locations are printed on your Highlights & Happenings Page you will recieve when you enter the Auditorium...
Coffee & Cookies - If you go to church...you gotta have coffee! We offer some snacks and drinks for your eating and drinking pleasure. We also have a Coffee Cart that offers Lattes and other espresso beverages for sale. You are welcome to bring your coffee into the Auditorium. If someone says otherwise, tell them Matt said it was ok :)
Time/Length - Our time together averages around 1hr 20min...

Sunday, 8:40am - Same music & teaching...just turned down a smidge.
Sunday, 10:40am - Same music & teaching...just turned up a smidge.
Thursday, 6:40pm - A more casual, open-ended time together geared toward young adults...
Meeting in the MultiPurpose Room around round tables,
in a comfortable atmosphere, we take time to respond to God &
discuss the Word together...there may even be some food!
